We offer a 30 day risk free return policy on “like new” products in the original packaging to the contiguous United States. As long as you return your item to us, in like new condition and in its original packaging, we will refund you in full.
Anything purchased from the Fully.com website, including desks you design using our "design your own" feature, is covered under our standard return policy, with a few exceptions outlined below.

Some other things to keep in mind
- All returns must be approved by Fully within 30 days of receipt.
- The experience of sitting in a Capisco chair is what started our company. We have yet to find a chair that is as versatile as it is beautiful in design. We believe in it so much, we offer a 90-day risk-free return policy on these chairs.
- Once approved, an RMA number will be issued along with a return shipping label.
- Returns expire after 30 days. Please contact us if you need additional time.
- Items missing packaging or damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional fee to cover repairs or part-replacement.
- We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.
- If Affirm was used as the payment method, initiate the return with us and you will be refunded by Affirm.
- Orders that use Affirm as the payment method may be subject to interest that is non-refundable.
- Canadian orders are eligible for returns; Please note, a return shipment fee will be deducted from your return.
- We do not accept returns shipped to a freight forwarder.
