Do I have to pay sales tax?

We collect California State sales tax when applicable. If your agency is tax exempt, please contact customer service.

If you believe you are subject to other sales tax, please contact your local sales tax authority.

Please note that all credit cards are charged as soon as an order is placed through our site. This because of the custom nature of our products. Orders are either shipped immediately or immediately submitted for production. Once the order has been processed the charge is immediately initiated and the client becomes responsible for any cancellation or change fees. If you have any questions regarding your card being charged immediately please contact Fully before placing your order.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Just shoot a quick email to sales@fully.com and we will be happy to send you a copy of your order confirmation.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits can take up to 10 business days from the time we receive and inspect your return. Just a reminder that all returns must first be approved by Fully before any items should be sent back to us. If you have any questions regarding a refund or return please contact customer support.
