Introducing active furniture for active kids

In praise of fidgeters:

All those years of telling kids to sit still, and it turns out our young jumping beans had it right. Not only do they have a very real physical need to move about, but there is growing evidence that kids focus longer, process faster, and learn better when they are given the freedom to move.

So here’s to the wiggly ones: our favorite desks and chairs for growing healthy bodies and minds.

It all comes down to this: When kids are given the freedom to be kids—the encouragement to be fully and joyfully themselves—when they are given the tools they need to stretch their bodies and minds and imaginations—there is no limit to what they can do.
