Fully Europe BVBA (here after "Fully") warranties that the Products will be free from material defects at the time of delivery. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Except as specifically and expressly provided herein, there are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the description on the face of these terms and conditions. This warranty applies only to Products manufactured by Fully. To the extent there is a defect in a component that is manufactured by a third-party, Fully will pass-through the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

To facilitate your warranty claim, take a picture or video of the defect. Don't forget to mention your order number and item you purchased so we'll replace or repair the parts as soon as possible.

The following warranty terms apply only to products purchased new-in-box. Any items purchased under special circumstances (i.e. floor models, as-is sale items, etc.) may be subject to reduced or suspended warranty as outlined at the time of sale.

Arm caps, casters, back liners and exposed wood parts & finished parts - 5 years
