How much is my shipping?

Shipping is free within the US lower 48 states. Fees for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be shown at checkout..

How do I return my product?

Please contact Fully for information regarding any return. Many details can be found in our "No Hassle Return Policy" and "Terms of Use" but it is always best to speak directly to an Fully representative regarding the proper handling of a return. Please note that returns will not be accepted if we are not first contacted to make the appropriate arrangements.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?

Most of our products ship the next business day. For specific shipping timeframes, we list an estimated time it will take for a product to ship. Once an item ships the transit time will normally be an additional 2-3 business days. We will send you tracking information once your order ships. This can be used to obtain a more accurate date for the delivery of your order.
