About HAG

HAG was founded in Oslo, Norway in 1943. HAG's seating solutions are the result of their belief that people are not designed to sit still, but naturally tend towards movement and variation. In modern life we spend much time sitting around and take inadequate regard of the body's innate need for activity. So these days, we don't just need chairs for support, but seating solutions that stimulate variation and movement as well.

In the HAG seating concept the feet govern movement, and the chair encourages you to constantly vary your sitting position without you being aware of it. This movement stimulates the circulation and you feel better both physically and mentally, meaning you can concentrate on the work you're doing.

HAG is the leading supplier of office chairs in Scandinavia and among the 10 largest in the region. Most of their customers are located in Northern and Central Europe, and in the US. The company is listed on the Oslo stock exchange.

HAG has received numerous awards for their design work. These include two NeoCon gold awards: one for the H05, and one for the Capisco. At home in Norway, they have been chosen for the Arets Designbedrift ("Design Company of the Year") award twice, and have also received a number of Norwegian and international distinctions for their designs. In 2001, the Capisco received the international award for best Classic Design.

About Varier

Founded in Norway, Varier (formerly Stokke Varier) represents a company thriving on a tradition of seating that both looks and feels great for the home or office. With each chair designed to encourage movement, Varier products fit in with the heart of the Fully philosophy: bodies were meant to move, not sit still.

One of the most well-known and widely respected furniture designers of the 20th century, Peter Opsvik, is behind many of the kneeling chair designs offered by Varier. The idea of active sitting is at the core of his designs, seen in every model from the Variable Balans to the Gravity Balans. Opsvik has been the recipient of many prestigious design awards over the past several decades, including his Variable Balans chair being recognized in 2010 as one of the Top 50 Chair Designs that Changed the World.

Varier prides itself on offering consumers elegantly simple, eco-friendly products. The beech wood used in Varier chairs is harvested from sustainable forests in Europe where the beech wood is abundantly available. Part of Varier's commitment to the environment is building long-lasting furniture with high-quality parts; durability is a key component to Varier's commitment to "green" products.

Fully is proud to be one of only a handful of Varier distributors in North America.

About Humanscale

Founded in 1982, Humanscale is recognized as the leading manufacturer of ergonomic products for the office. Their diverse product range helps ensure that individuals who spend hours each day in front of a computer, do so in maximum comfort and with minimal long-term health risks. To achieve this result, Humanscale's philosophy regarding product design is this: Technology can make simple things complicated or complicated things simple. Humanscale believes in the latter approach and strives to design products that combine uncompromising function and honest aesthetics with ultimate ease-of-use.

Knowing that a truly ergonomic chair could make more of a difference to user health than most any other product, Humanscale entered the task seating market in 1999 with the Freedom chair, which has won 10 design awards to-date - including the Design Distinction Award in the prestigious ID Design Review 2000 competition. The Freedom chair has revolutionized the task chair industry and has set new standards for task chair performance and functionality.

In 2004, Humanscale launched its extremely popular Liberty chair line. With its patent-pending Form-Sensing Mesh Technology, the Liberty chair takes the benefits of mesh seating - breathability, durability, sustainability and aesthetic appeal - to the next level, providing exceptional comfort and automatically customized lumbar support without an external lumbar device. To date, the Liberty chair and the new Liberty Side Chair have won over 12 design awards, including Best of NeoCon Gold and ID Design Distinction Awards for each.
