Monitor Arm Buying Guide
How to choose the best monitor stand or
monitor arm for your workspace
Feel your best while you work by using a monitor arm or monitor stand

A recent study revealed that the average person spends about 6.5 hours a day sitting in front of their computer screen. If your monitor isn’t positioned at the proper height for eye-level viewing, you’ll inevitably experience eye, neck, and shoulder strain, and find it hard to work for long periods of time. That’s why it’s so important to include ergonomic essentials, like a monitor arm or monitor stand, to help you feel your best while you work.
How to choose a monitor arm or monitor stand
There are many different sizes and styles of computer monitors, and each will have unique specifications that make it compatible with different styles of monitor arms, monitor stands, laptop stands, and monitor shelves. We’ve designed a variety of versatile monitor accessories to properly support healthier working.
Monitor Arms

A monitor arm allows you to easily raise and lower your screens to a healthy eye level, and easily tilt it to the ideal viewing angle. When your monitor is elevated above the desktop surface, you’ll also free up valuable space on your desk.
When choosing which monitor arm is right for you, there are three important specifications to consider:
-
The monitor size
-
The monitor weight
-
The hardware you’ll need to mount your monitor to the monitor arm
