It's time. Time to get up out of that task chair and move. If there's one thing we've learned from fidgeting, it's that movement is key to a healthy and more productive work life. Of course, setting a timer to remind you to move every 20 to 30 minutes is an option (in fact, there's an app for that). But, do you really want to hear more than one alarm go off during your day (and, no, I'm not counting how many times you hit the snooze button)?
